Ron M. Pierce

Ron Pierce is of counsel in the firm’s Denver office. He focuses his practice on all areas of employee benefits and executive compensation, regularly advising his clients on benefits-related compliance issues and controversies. Ron has more than two decades of experience helping businesses alleviate a variety of concerns, including equity management, executive compensation, severance pay, retirement benefits, health plan issues, contract negotiation and business regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Ron was managing counsel at a leading professional employer organization, overseeing the client benefits team.
