Overview
Rob Dickson is an associate in the firm's New Jersey office and advises employers of varying sizes and industries on a wide range of workplace law matters, from wage and hour issues, including class and collective actions, best practices for hiring, firing, discipline, and accommodations, reputation and crisis management, and claims of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment under federal, state, and local laws. Rob routinely handles matters arising under anti-discrimination laws such as, Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), The Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and their state and local equivalents in New York and New Jersey. Additionally, he is heavily involved in the college athletics arena, advising on name, image, and likeness (NIL) issues in the ever-changing sports landscape.
Rob earned his J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law where he was the Vice President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and Team President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution group.
