Riley Miano advises and represents employers in various workplace matters. Riley’s experience includes preparing and submitting federal regulatory filings and negotiating and executing non-disclosure agreements.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Riley was a corporate counsel and compliance officer for a leading alternative investment manager in Boston where she revised, negotiated, and executed diligence stage engagement letters, statements of work, and master service agreements, along with spearheading initiatives to create workflow trackers and data management systems.
