Richon Norris advises employers on various labor and employment matters, including workers’ compensation and claims of wrongful termination and sexual harassment. She manages all aspects of litigation and negotiates, drafts, and reviews legal agreements.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Richon was a partner at a workers’ compensation law firm in Glendale, California where she focused on litigating and appealing workplace-related cases.
