Overview

Rebecca Mitchell represents employers and employees in various labor and employment matters, from analyzing and preparing employment, restrictive covenant, and separation agreements to litigating discrimination and retaliation cases. Rebecca’s experience also includes drafting employer guidance on COVID-19 workplace policies.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Rebecca served as an associate for two AmLaw 100 law firms where she focused on labor and employment cases. After law school, she interned and clerked for the Honorable Frank D. Whitney of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.
