Overview
Radhika Mehta is an Immigration Attorney at the firm's Seattle office and a member of the firm’s Immigration Practice Group. Her practice focuses on business immigration and family- based immigration, representing a broad range of domestic and multinational employers on the development of case strategy through execution. She has experience representing and advising employers in all areas of business immigration and family-based immigration, including temporary employment visas, labor certifications, and permanent residency.
