Radhika Mehta

Radhika Mehta is a partner in the firm's Seattle office and a member of the firm’s Immigration Practice Group. Her practice focuses on business immigration and family- based immigration, representing a broad range of domestic and multinational employers on the development of case strategy through execution. She has experience representing and advising employers in all areas of business immigration and family-based immigration, including temporary employment visas, labor certifications, and permanent residency. 

Radhika is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the ABA-affiliated association for attorneys practicing immigration law.
