Quincy N. Pham

Quincy Pham advises employers ranging from small businesses to large corporations in various labor and employment matters, from wrongful termination, discrimination, and retaliation to class actions, wage and hour claims, and PAGA representative actions. Quincy also advises employers on compliance with statutes such as the FLSA, FEHA, and California Labor Code. His experience includes conducting workplace investigations and drafting workplace policies.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Quincy was a litigation attorney at a national defense firm, where he defended licensed professionals, including attorneys, real estate brokers, insurance brokers, contractors, in addition to advising employers on compliance and risk management.
