Overview

Phil Azzara is a partner in the Irvine office. His practice is focused on defending employment related lawsuits and administrative claims on a variety of issues, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour. He also devotes a significant portion of his practice to advising clients on personnel matters, wage and hour compliance, company policy, and providing preventive advice.

Phil regularly represents clients in both state and federal court, as well as state and federal agencies, including the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. He handles single-plaintiff, multi-party, and class/collective actions on behalf of small businesses and Fortune 500 companies alike.
