Overview
Phil Bui is an Associate in the San Francisco office where he provides litigation expertise in various labor and employment matters, including allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, as well as unfair practice charges and contract disputes. Phil advises businesses, public agencies, school districts, and non-profits facing claims arising under the FEHA, Title VII, the FLSA, the ADA, the FMLA, and related state and federal statutes. He also counsels employers on discipline, accommodations, workplace investigations, and compliance with evolving California employment laws.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Phil was an associate at a California-based firm representing public sector and private employers in labor and employment matters.
Phil served for 13 years in the United States Army Reserve with the 426th Civil Affairs Battalion (Airborne) as an Officer before receiving an honorable discharge in 2021.
