
Overview
Peyton Jones is an associate in the Irvine office, where she represents employers in all facets of labor and employment law. She advises clients on workplace policies, compliance obligations, and risk mitigation strategies; conducts internal investigations; and defends employers against claims involving harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, as well as complex wage-and-hour class actions and representative actions brought under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Peyton was an associate at a national law firm, where she handled a broad spectrum of employment matters for clients ranging from small businesses to large corporations. She brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to helping employers navigate California’s rapidly evolving employment landscape.
