Overview
Pamela Miller, a partner in Fisher Phillips’ Atlanta office, is an experienced labor and employment attorney who represents clients in litigation, government agency matters, and day-to-day workplace issues. She counsels businesses, governmental entities, and nonprofits on strategies for creating constructive, compliant, and productive workplaces, and she regularly provides training to help clients prevent disputes before they arise.
Pamela brings valuable perspective to her work, having begun her career representing employees in discrimination and harassment matters before serving as a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in Atlanta. There, she litigated on behalf of the agency and managed investigations into hundreds of employment-related charges. She later became a partner at Elarbee Thompson in Atlanta before joining Fisher Phillips in 2025. Drawing on this breadth of experience, Pamela now partners with employers to help them navigate complex labor and employment challenges with both legal insight and practical solutions.
Active in the Atlanta community, Pamela volunteers with organizations dedicated to youth, families, and women in the legal profession. She has been recognized as a “Top 40 Under 40” attorney by both The National Black Lawyers and The Daily Report.
