Associate
Overview
Olivia Bianchi defends employers in high-stakes labor and employment disputes throughout California, with a strong focus on class actions, single-plaintiff claims, and representative actions under the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). In addition to representing businesses facing claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and complex wage and hour issues, she advises clients on day-to-day employment matters and workplace compliance.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Olivia served as an associate attorney at a San Francisco-based boutique, where she defended employers in class and representative wage and hour litigation, FEHA matters, and cases before the California Labor Commissioner. Her prior work as a judicial extern with the U.S. Department of Labor and her volunteer service at a workers’ rights clinic provide her with valuable insights into both the defense and regulatory sides of employment law, enhancing her ability to guide clients through California’s demanding legal landscape.
