
Overview
Nima Masjedi zadeh is a San Francisco-based associate who represents businesses in a wide range of employment law matters, including claims involving discrimination, wage and hour compliance, wrongful termination, and whistleblower retaliation. His experience includes defending employers in actions brought under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), as well as in disputes arising from collective bargaining agreements. Nima also regularly represents clients in administrative proceedings before the Department of Labor Standards Enforcement and the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Nima focused on employment law in the San Francisco office of a diversified, national law firm. Before that he was a business immigration analyst for a global immigration firm, where he managed a high volume of cases for high-technology companies.
