Nicole Muszkatel

Nicole Muszkatel defends employers in a broad spectrum of labor and employment disputes, with a focus on claims involving Title VII, ADA discrimination, retaliation, ADA Title III lawsuits and wage and hour issues. Drawing on experience in all phases of litigation, Nicole guides businesses and organizations through the complexities of federal and state employment law, handling matters ranging from single-plaintiff lawsuits to multifaceted disputes.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Nicole was an associate attorney at a Chicago-based labor and employment defense firm, where she represented employers in litigation involving discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. In this role, she managed discovery, drafted dispositive and non-dispositive motions, represented employers in agency investigations and settlement negotiations, and supported trial preparation.
