
Overview
Nicole Grinstein advises and defends employers in a wide array of labor and employment matters, including wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims. Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Nicole was an associate at a labor-focused law firm in Los Angeles where she handled wage and hour class actions, unfair labor practice charges and representation matters before the National Labor Relations Board, and labor arbitrations.
From 2022-2025, Nicole has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Southern California Rising Star, an honor awarded to just 2.5 percent of lawyers in California.
During law school, Nicole served as the Managing Editor for the UCLA Women’s Law Journal and as chair of the Labor and Economic Justice Clinic.
