Overview
Nelly Pineda is an associate in Fisher Phillips’ Irvine office. She counsels and defends employers in a variety of employment law matters, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation litigation.
Nelly earned her law degree from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law. While in law school, she became a certified mediator of the Mediation Clinic, where she helped litigants of diverse backgrounds in civil matters. Additionally, she was a judicial extern for the Honorable Carmen Luege at the Orange County Superior Court.
