Natasha Covarrubias

Natasha Covarrubias defends employers in high-stakes labor and employment litigation, with a particular focus on single-plaintiff disputes involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and whistleblower retaliation. She also defends class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative claims. She has more than a decade of experience representing corporate clients before state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and pre-litigation dispute resolution.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Natasha was a partner at a national litigation defense firm, where she represented employers in a wide array of labor and employment disputes, with significant experience in trial preparation, dispositive motion practice, and complex settlements.
