
Overview
Natalie Burton is an associate in the firm’s Nashville office and a member of the firm’s Immigration Practice Group. She assists both corporate and individual clients with processing employment-based visas including H-1B, L-1, and O-1 petitions, along with permanent residence applications. Natalie also helps employers navigate evolving immigration policies and develop strategies to support their workforce needs.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Natalie gained experience working with a local immigration non-profit to provide humanitarian-based legal services to immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers in Tennessee.
Natalie earned her J.D. from Belmont University College of Law, where she served as an Article and Note Editor for the Belmont Law Journal and President of the Belmont Legal Aid Society.
