Morgan Chappell represents employers in various types of employment litigation in federal and state courts, including claims of discrimination based on race, gender, or age, retaliation, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and federal wage and hour matters.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Morgan was counsel for a national labor and employment law firm where she defended charges filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and represented clients in settlement negotiations and mediations.
