Mitch Spencer advises and represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law in federal court, state court, before administrative agencies, and in employment negotiations.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Mitch was an associate for a full-service AmLaw 100 law firm where he focused on matters involving labor and employment, general liability, and contracts. He also has experience defending businesses in premises liability, personal injury, and garnishment matters.
