Overview
Michael Saldana defends employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, such as workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination in state court, federal court, and arbitration. Michael has experience in all stages of litigation, from pre-filing to post-judgement, including taking and defending depositions, engaging in alternative dispute resolution, drafting and arguing substantive and dispositive motions, and discovery. Earlier in his career, he represented plaintiffs in employment claims, which affords him valuable insights into opponent’s strategies and tactics.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Michael served as an associate at a full-service national law firm where he assisted with the advice and counseling of labor and employment matters for corporate clients. He also defended multi-plaintiff and multi-defendant labor and employment, wage and hour, and housing discrimination claims for insurance carriers and private clients.
