Overview

Melissa Huether defends employers in labor and employment matters, specifically focusing on individual wage and hour actions, complex wage and hour class and representative actions, and complex consumer class actions.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Melissa served as an associate at an employment litigation firm in Beverly Hills, California, where she gained valuable experience representing plaintiffs in a variety of wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions in state and federal courts throughout California. Her time there included preparing class and PAGA settlement agreements and obtaining court approval as well as managing a team of junior associates on day-to-day case strategy and reviewing draft complaints, motions, and discovery.
