Megan A. Zlokas

Megan Zlokas defends employers in complex litigation matters in federal and state court, including claims of wrongful termination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes. She also has secured multiple appellate victories.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Megan was a partner at a multi-practice law firm where she managed litigation across a variety of areas, including employment law, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, construction defect, and medical malpractice.
