Before joining Fisher Phillips, McKenna was an associate at a national law firm, where she represented employers in wage and hour class actions, PAGA matters, and FEHA claims in California state courts. She previously served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Thomas J. Buck of Middlesex County Superior Court in New Jersey.
