Overview
Matthew Ingram is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office and defends employers in workplace-related matters, including discrimination and harassment claims. As a member of the firm’s international practice group, Matt’s experience as a business manager in both the UK and the U.S. informs his employer-centric perspective to counseling. He has advised both for-profit and non-profit clients with international operations on policy and handbook updates and compliance, immigration matters, and entity formation.
While in law school, Matthew was a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient and teaching assistant. He was a member of the National Trial Team and served as a Representative to the Student Bar Association. Matthew also worked at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Philadelphia field office as an Enforcement Intern, and as a Judicial Intern to the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas.
Prior to attending law school Matthew spent fourteen years in retail management in both the United States and the United Kingdom.
