Matthew Costello

Matthew Costello represents employers across a wide range of industries in complex employment litigation, including class actions, PAGA claims, and disputes involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, trade secret misappropriation, and breach of contract. Matthew also advises employers on developing effective employee handbooks, policies, and procedures, and on structuring executive compensation arrangements that are thoughtfully tailored to an organization’s stage of growth.

Matthew graduated from California Western School of Law, where he served as the 2023–2024 Chairman of the Moot Court Honors Board. He also was a competitor on the school’s Alternative Dispute Resolution team.
