Overview
Marko Maglich is a member of the firm’s Immigration practice group. Marko handles all aspects of business-related visas and compliance with U.S. immigration law, including in M&A transactions and workplace enforcement, and in proceedings before the Departments of State, Homeland Security, and Labor. Marko’s experience includes family-based immigration, complex consular issues, and removal and admissibility on criminal and other grounds. He also advises clients on the immigration aspects of tax and immigration planning and helps coordinate non-U.S. immigration work.
Marko has been a speaker, author, and teacher on a variety of immigration topics for organizations and schools such as the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Practising Law Institute (PLI).
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Marko practiced immigration law at a AmLaw100 firm in New York and also directed the corporate U.S. immigration practice of a large international firm.
