
Overview
Mark Gravador is an associate in Fisher Phillips’ Sacramento office who advises and defends businesses facing workplace-related issues.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Mark was a corporate counsel extern for a well-established healthcare organization where he worked on various issues within labor, employment, and healthcare law as well as general transactional matters. Mark joined Fisher Phillips from a law firm in San Francisco, where he defended insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers in state workers’ compensation defense matters.
While in law school, Mark was a competitor and executive board member of the UC Law SF Moot Court Team. During law school, Mark was deeply committed to promoting equitable access to legal resources and supporting underserved communities, actively serving as a member of the Justice and Diversity Center’s Legal Advice and Referral Clinic as well as the Law Empowerment and Access Program.
