
Overview
Mark Said is an experienced litigator who represents businesses in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including class action and PAGA wage and hour cases. He has successfully argued dispositive motions in both state and federal court. Mark has served as first or second chair at trial, achieving defense verdicts with zero liability findings and has represented employers in Labor Commission hearings with similar success.
Before joining Fisher Phillips Mark practiced for a labor and employment law firm in Los Angeles, where he defended clients in FEHA and wage and hour cases and advised them on employment issues and strategy.
Mark also previously served as in-house counsel for a renewable energy manufacturing company, advising on commercial contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters.
