Overview
Marianna defends employers against a wide range of employment law claims, including disability, race, gender, and age discrimination, sexual harassment, hostile work environment, retaliation, and wrongful termination of employment. Marianna also defends employers against wage and hour class action claims and representative action claims under the Private Attorneys General Act.
Marianna graduated summa cum laude from Loyola Law School, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Marianna served as a Production Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Stephen V. Wilson at the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
