
Overview
Madeline Gayle is a litigation associate in Fisher Phillips’ New Jersey office who represents businesses in workplace-related disputes, including harassment, retaliation, discrimination, and wrongful termination in state and federal courts. Drawing from her experience as a former business owner, Madeline possesses a practical understanding of the challenges employers face when navigating litigation. She approaches each case with a focus on not only strategic and legal outcomes but also on the broader impact these matters have on the clients’ businesses and workforces.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Madeline worked as a litigation associate at a diversified New Jersey law firm, where she played a key role in supporting trial preparation and strategy, negotiating and settling cases, and handling complex civil litigation. Her background also includes assisting in national and international criminal investigations and internal audit committee investigations on behalf of public entities.
While in law school, Madeline served as Editor-in-Chief of the Rutgers University Law Review, received the Justice Henry Ackerson Jr. Prize for Greatest Distinction in Legal Skills, and was recognized as a Justice Morris Pashman Scholar. After graduation, she served as an Appellate Division Law Clerk to the Honorable Garry S. Rothstadt of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Morristown.
