
Overview
Luke Hottinger is an associate in Fisher Phillips’ Irvine office where he represents employers in a variety of employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wage and hour litigation. Luke also assists employers with preparing employee handbooks and policies.
Luke earned his J.D. from Chapman Fowler School of Law with an emphasis in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution. During his time at Fowler School of Law, Luke served on the Executive Board of the Mock Trial board and received a Certificate of Excellence in Trial Advocacy for his role in winning a national trial competition. Luke also served on the Executive Board of the Corporate Law Society and received several Highest-Grade Awards for his academic performance.
Prior to law school, Luke earned his B.A. from the University of Arizona, where he graduated with honors.
