Lisa Peterson

Lisa Peterson is a partner in the Irvine office. She represents employers of all sizes on a full spectrum of labor and employment matters, from counseling and pre-litigation negotiations through trial. Her diverse practice includes litigating claims involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower claims, and wage and hour class actions and PAGA matters. She represents clients in a variety of industries, with a focus on = hospitality, restaurants, and retail.

Lisa also provides preventive counseling to employers on employee terminations and discipline, internal workplace investigations, developing workplace policies and procedures, and compliance with state and federal labor laws. An experienced trial attorney, she has successfully tried several cases to verdict in jury trials.
