Lisa Peterson

Lisa Peterson represents employers of all sizes on a full spectrum of labor and employment matters, from providing counseling and advice to pre-litigation negotiations, and all the way through trial. Her diverse practice includes litigating claims involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower claims, and wage and hour class and PAGA actions. She represents clients in a variety of industries, with a focus on the hospitality, restaurant and retail industries.

Lisa also provides preventative counseling to employers on subjects such as handling of employee terminations and discipline, internal workplace investigations, development of various workplace policies and procedures, and compliance with state and federal labor laws. She is a proven trial attorney and has successfully tried several cases to verdict in jury trials.
