Lisa Chinai has extensive experience representing employers in complex federal and state discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), the California Family Rights Act (CFRA) and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Lisa’s experience also includes conducting workplace investigations and advising employers on various immigration law issues.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Lisa was an associate for a national litigation-focused law firm where she advised clients through all stages of employment litigation.
