
Overview
Lindsay Rosas is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Lindsay’s practice is focused on the area of employment litigation, including all types of discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower, wage and hour, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination claims. Lindsay is experienced in handling both single plaintiff and class action and PAGA lawsuits.
In addition to her litigation practice, Lindsay counsels employers on preventative measures, including contract and policy review and drafting. Lindsay is also experienced in pre-suit administrative proceedings. She has represented clients in matters with, for example, the Department of Industrial Relations, Labor & Workforce Development Agency, Civil Rights Department, and the Public Employment Relations Board.
As a member of the Education Practice Group, Lindsay advises public (traditional and charter) and private K-12 and higher educational institutions on employee, student, and board matters, in addition to representing school clients in litigation matters. Lindsay also counsels and represents supporting organizations providing services to schools and/or students.
Lindsay has an active pro bono practice, providing employment advice and counsel to non-profit organizations, as well as representation to low-income individuals on consumer rights and economic justice matters.
During law school, Lindsay was a staff member and Bluebook Award Winner for the Southwestern Law Review. She served as the Judges Chair of the Southwestern Moot Court Honors Program’s Board of Governors and the Secretary and Evening Chair of the Southwestern Public Interest Law Committee. She also was a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Philip S. Gutierrez of the Central District of California.
