Lily Nizam

Lily Nizam is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office and defends employers against various workplace claims, including wrongful termination, racial and disability discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Lily was an associate at a litigation-focused law firm in Los Angeles where she represented a wide range of clients, including Fortune 100 and 500 companies, public entities, and elected officials in cases involving employment, general liability, products liability, and breach of contract matters. During law school, Lily was an editor for the Journal of International Entertainment and Media Law, and President of the Middle Eastern Law Students Association.
