Lili Mikaelian

Lili Mikaelian represents employers in various workplace-related disputes, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and PAGA lawsuits. Her experience includes litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Lili was an associate at a national law firm where she worked on labor and employment and tort and catastrophic loss matters.

During law school, Lili worked as a Legal Extern at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and as a legal counselor for Legal Aid at Work. She also was an articles editor for Hastings Law Journal. Prior to law school, Lili worked in human resources at a Fortune 500 company.
