
Overview
Lauren L’Ecuyer is an associate in the firm’s Irvine office and defends employers in various workplace-related disputes, including class and collective actions, PAGA representative actions, wage and hour litigation, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Lauren also advises employers on compliance with wage and hour laws, leave of absence policies, employee handbooks, employment contracts, and separation and non-disclosure agreements. Her experience also includes handling investigations and audits by government agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Department of Labor (DOL), and the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE).
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Lauren was an associate at a national law firm where she worked on general liability defense and construction defect matters.
