Lauren Bushman

Lauren Bushman is a partner in the San Diego office who represents employers of all sizes throughout California in various areas of employment litigation. Lauren regularly handles large scale exposure cases including class action and Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) cases as well as individual employment cases involving wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and whistleblower claims.

Lauren is a go-to resource for her clients on all types of wage and hour claims including: unpaid wages, unpaid overtime, meal period and rest break violations, failure to reimburse business expenses, failure to pay minimum wages, regular rate of pay issues and wage statement violations whether on an individual basis or in class or PAGA representative matters.

Lauren also regularly counsels her clients on various employment matters including preventative wage and hour audits, employee complaints requiring investigation, employee handbook updates, and termination issues to mitigate risk and get ahead of litigation as early as possible.
