
Overview
Lauren Adjieff defends and advises clients on a variety of issues including employee leave and accommodations, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and PAGA claims. Lauren takes a practical approach ensuring that she understands a company’s needs and objectives when handling their matters. Lauren represents clients in federal, state, and administrative venues, including matters before the EEOC and California Civil Rights Department.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Lauren worked at a national law firm within the Labor & Employment section, continuing to hone her knowledge in that arena. Lauren has additional experience defending employers in workers’ compensation matters, making many appearances before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Boards.
In law school, she externed at the California Court of Appeal within the chambers of the Honorable Richard D. Huffman. She also excelled in the Civil Litigation Clinic, receiving an award as an outstanding intern and developed her oral advocacy skills, competing in several Moot Court competitions.
