Laura Michael

Laura Michael is a member of Fisher Phillips’ Executive Leadership Team and leads the firm’s talent management functions, including professional development, human resources, recruiting, DEI and pro bono. Her responsibilities include developing and executing talent strategies that support the firm’s continued growth, strengthen its culture and help its people build successful, rewarding careers.

Laura brings more than 25 years of experience leading human resources, talent and operational initiatives in complex professional services and corporate environments. She works closely with firm leadership, partners and professional staff to develop and implement programs that support leadership development, career progression, workforce planning, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Her experience includes building modern HR infrastructure, designing compensation and performance-management programs, implementing talent technology and leading organizations through periods of significant change.
