Ladan Shelechi

With experience leading the management of cases from strategy, negotiations through trials and resolution, Ladan Shelechi defends businesses facing wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims. She also advises on employment policies and handbooks and evaluates cases involving reasonable accommodations and the interactive process.

Ladan previously was as In-House Counsel for a technology company, where she advised on risk management and employment matters. Immediately before joining Fisher Phillips, she practiced at an Irvine-based law firm focusing on employment and personal injury matters.
