Kristin A. Hartman

Kristin Hartman has over 25 years of experience managing complex labor and employment matters from pre-litigation through trial. Kristin handles all stages of discrimination and harassment claims on behalf of employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), The Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD), and state and federal courts. She also advises clients regarding compliance with applicable laws and regulations.  

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Kristin was Senior Counsel at an AmLaw 100 law firm where she handled a wide range of employment matters, including discrimination and harassment.
