Kimberly V. Martinez

Kimberly Martinez is an associate in the firm’s Sacramento office and represents employers in various employment-related matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims in state and federal court. She defends employers through all stages of litigation and approaches each matter with an emphasis on practical risk assessment and cost-effective resolution.

Kimberly earned her J.D. from UC Davis School of Law, where she served as an Articles Editor for the UC Davis Law Review. While in law school, she participated in the UC Davis Immigration Law Clinic, where she represented clients in complex immigration matters. She also externed for the Honorable Troy L. Nunley of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
