Kimberly Myers
Of Counsel
Overview
Kimberly Myers defends businesses in high-stakes employment litigation and counsels them on preventive compliance strategies under statutes such as Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and FMLA. Drawing on more than a decade of focused experience, Kimberly represents corporations and management across industries—including a significant concentration in healthcare—in matters ranging from single-plaintiff discrimination and retaliation claims to complex, multi-party disputes. She guides clients through every stage of litigation, from drafting responsive pleadings and conducting investigations to mediating resolutions and arguing dispositive motions.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Kimberly was Senior Counsel in the labor and employment group of a national full-service law firm, where she led the defense of employers in employment-related litigation and managed complex claims from inception through resolution. Her prior experience as in-house counsel for a major municipal government further informs her ability to anticipate client needs and deliver tailored, actionable guidance at every turn.
