Kimberly D. Jenkins

Kimberly Jenkins is an associate in the firm’s Sacramento office and defends employers in various labor and employment-related matters, including single plaintiff lawsuits alleging retaliation, discrimination, wrongful termination, and harassment, as well as representative and class action wage and hour matters. She also provides advice and counsel related to  employment contracts and best practices for company-wide employment policies and procedures.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Kimberly was an associate at a multi-practice law firm based in Sacramento where she focused on transactional and litigation matters, including employment claims, and represented clients from a wide variety of industries, including healthcare, multi-residence property management, veterinary medicine, insurance, and sales.
