Kelsey E. Schiappacasse

She serves as a trusted advisor to employers on a broad spectrum of workplace issues. Kelsey counsels clients on employee discipline and terminations, leave and accommodation issues, and reductions in force. She also conducts workplace investigations and partners with employers to develop and implement compliant policies, employee handbooks, and employment-related agreements.

Kelsey represents clients across a variety of industries, with a particular focus on healthcare, manufacturing, and automotive dealerships. She is known for her responsive, business-oriented approach and her ability to navigate complex employment issues with clarity and precision.

Kelsey is a member of the Firm’s FPThrive Committee, focusing on creating ways to better support associate retention and development across the Firm. Kelsey also previously served on the Firm’s Innovation Committee with a focus on the many strategic opportunities presented by advances in technology.
