Keith Rossman

Keith Rossman is a seasoned litigator and trusted advisor to employers throughout California, specializing in complex employment litigation. His expertise includes wage and hour class actions, PAGA representative actions, and single-plaintiff employment disputes. Keith’s diverse clientele ranges from local family-owned businesses to national corporations in industries such as hospitality, retail, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.

In addition to litigation, Keith provides strategic counsel on wage and hour compliance, workplace policies, and daily HR challenges. With nearly a decade of experience in management-side litigation and advisory roles, he develops practical strategies that align with business objectives while minimizing risk and financial exposure.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Keith was a Counsel at a national labor and employment law firm. He is a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law, where he advised startup businesses through The Entrepreneurs’ Law Clinic.
